Shinhwa's Jun Jin Opens Up About Starting a Family After 5 Years of Marriage
Jun Jin, a member of the iconic K-pop group Shinhwa, has candidly revealed the reasons behind his decision to start planning for a family, five years after his marriage.
A video uploaded on the YouTube channel 'A-Class Jang Young-ran' on the 8th, titled 'Jang Young-ran's Crush Jun Jin ♡ Ryu Yi-seo, First Time Revealing the Reason for No Children for 5 Years,' featured the couple discussing their married life and future family plans.
Jun Jin explained, "When we were dating, I was getting older, so I thought about getting married quickly and starting a family." However, his perspective shifted after marriage.
He shared, "After getting married, I realized how much I enjoyed just being together. Traveling, talking all day at home – it was so good that five years just flew by."
Ryu Yi-seo echoed his sentiments, nodding in agreement. "Being together was truly a happy time for us. That's probably why we started thinking about having children later," she said.
However, Jun Jin recently shared that his feelings have changed. "Now, I feel like we need to make an effort quickly if we're going to have children," he stated with a serious expression.
In response, Ryu Yi-seo revealed, "We went to the hospital for the first time just two weeks ago," signaling that the couple has officially begun their journey towards parenthood.
After five years of focusing on each other and fully enjoying their time as a married couple, Jun Jin and Ryu Yi-seo are now preparing for a new chapter as parents.
Jun Jin and Ryu Yi-seo tied the knot in 2020 and previously shared their newlywed life on the SBS reality show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny.'
