Actress Lee Min-jung has shared a heartwarming and humorous story involving her daughter Seo-i.

In a video uploaded on September 9th to YouTube channel 'Soyeon Jae', Lee Min-jung appeared as a guest and engaged in an honest conversation with host Son Yeon-jae.

While discussing parenting, Lee Min-jung took out her phone to show a childhood photo of herself. Upon seeing the picture, Son Yeon-jae exclaimed, "She looks exactly like you, unnie."

Lee Min-jung then recounted, "When I showed this photo to Seo-i and said, 'This is Mommy,' she kept insisting, 'Seo-i, Seo-i,' claiming it was her." This brought laughter to the studio.

Furthermore, Lee Min-jung shared her parenting philosophy, stating, "Children should be treated like the most precious guests who have come to our home. They will eventually leave, so mothers shouldn't hesitate."

She also touched upon the unique challenges of raising a daughter. "Raising a son is physically demanding, but with a daughter, it's delicate. I wonder if I should soothe her when she's upset or set boundaries. For boys, saying 'No' is enough, but when you tell a girl 'No!', she might arch her back like a bow and cry," she explained, highlighting the complexities of raising a daughter.

Lee Min-jung married actor Lee Byung-hun in 2013 and they have a son, Jun-hoo, and a daughter, Seo-i. Seo-i was born in 2023 and is two years old this year.
