Bae Jung-nam Tears Up on 'My Little Old Boy' Saying Goodbye to Beloved Dog Bell

Model and singer Bae Jung-nam shared a heartbreaking story on the SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy' about his final moments with his beloved dog, Bell, leaving viewers in tears.

During the episode aired on the 19th, Bae Jung-nam recounted the sudden passing of Bell due to a heart attack while Bell was at a rehabilitation center. Unable to be there in person, Bae Jung-nam had to say goodbye via a video call.

Visibly distraught, he cried out, 'Wake up, you're just sleeping,' and apologized, 'Dad is sorry, wish you could have stayed a little longer.' He continued, 'Bell, you worked so hard,' overwhelmed with grief.

Actor Seo Jang-hoon, who appeared on the show, mentioned that Bae Jung-nam received the news while filming a drama. He explained that Bae Jung-nam had entrusted Bell to a rehabilitation center and, due to the distance and his filming schedule, could only connect via video call with the center's director to learn of Bell's condition.

The rehabilitation center's director described the sudden event: 'Bell was fine in the morning, even sunbathed. Then, it suddenly collapsed after taking a few steps.' The director also shared that they immediately connected Bae Jung-nam via video call, noting, 'Bell probably passed away happily after hearing her dad's voice through the video call,' offering comfort.
