
Actress Ji Ye-eun Returns to 'Running Man' After Health Recovery
Actress Ji Ye-eun has resumed her activities by returning to the filming of the SBS variety show 'Running Man' after completing her health treatment.
On the 20th, a representative from Ji Ye-eun's agency, CP Entertainment, stated, "Ji Ye-eun will participate in the 'Running Man' recording today (the 20th) and continue her activities in good health."
Previously, Ji Ye-eun had temporarily halted her activities last month to focus on recovering her health. At the time, her agency announced, "We will provide all necessary support for the actress to rest sufficiently and return."
During a past broadcast of 'Running Man,' member Yoo Jae-suk mentioned Ji Ye-eun's health issue, clarifying, "It's not burnout; she is currently undergoing treatment."
While one media outlet reported that Ji Ye-eun suspended her activities due to hypothyroidism, her agency withheld a precise answer, citing it as personal medical information.
Ji Ye-eun, an alumna of Korea National University of Arts' acting program, debuted in theater in 2017. She gained immense popularity through the Coupang Play series 'SNL Korea.' Subsequently, she joined 'Running Man' as a fixed cast member and has been actively appearing on various variety programs, including Coupang Play's 'Office Workers' and Netflix's 'The Unbeatables.'
