The team behind tvN's hit drama 'The Tyrant's Chef' is set to embark on a well-deserved reward vacation, thanks to the show's overwhelming popularity and buzz.

A representative from the drama confirmed the news to OSEN on the 20th, stating, "The 'The Tyrant's Chef' team is going on a reward vacation." However, they added, "Due to safety concerns, we ask for your understanding as we cannot disclose specific details regarding the schedule and location."

'The Tyrant's Chef' is a romantic comedy depicting the story of French chef Yeon Ji-young (played by Im Yoon-ah), who is suddenly transported to the Joseon Dynasty, and her encounter with King Lee Heon (played by Chae Min), a tyrannical gourmand. The series concluded its run on the 28th of last month, recording a nationwide viewership rating of 17.1% (based on Nielsen Korea's paid household subscription) for its 12th and final episode.
