Former rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon-jae opened up about the hardships she faced during her athletic career.

On the 20th, Son Yeon-jae uploaded a video titled 'Don't Find Me.. Yeon-jae's Dreamlike Night Out' to her YouTube channel, 'Son Yeon-jae'.

The video featured Son Yeon-jae's candid story about why she started creating a bucket list. She recalled, "When I was in the midst of my athletic career, after the Olympics ended, I returned to Korea but couldn't sleep. Around 4 AM, I was hungry and heated up a pizza. That moment was shocking."

She continued, "In my 23 years of life, I had never done something like eating pizza at 4 AM. Even such a simple act felt like a dream," revealing the difficulties of the intense self-discipline she endured at a young age.

Furthermore, Son Yeon-jae commented on her appearance when she featured on MBC's variety show 'Infinite Challenge' at the age of 19, saying, "I feel my past self in the video looks awkward." She added, "I want to tell that past self, 'It's not a big deal, just relax.' Now that I've had a child and feel more at ease, I can show my true personality."
