Disney+ original series 'Jokakdosi' is heightening anticipation with the release of Lee Kwang-soo's intense character stills ahead of its November 5th premiere.

'Jokakdosi' is an action drama centered on Tae-jung (Ji Chang-wook), who, after being unjustly caught up in a crime and imprisoned, discovers that everything was orchestrated by Yo-han (Doh Kyung-soo) and embarks on a quest for revenge.

Lee Kwang-soo takes on the role of Baek Do-kyung, a VIP of Yo-han who possesses both power and wealth, and holds the key to the unfolding events. The released stills capture Lee Kwang-soo's multifaceted expressions, ranging from the relaxed demeanor of the son of an influential congressman to a chilling, almost manic smile.

Regarding his character, Lee Kwang-soo stated, "I hope he appears as someone who makes viewers feel uncomfortable. I put in my best effort to portray a character that makes the audience feel uneasy." Director Park Shin-woo praised his performance, saying, "Do-kyung, as portrayed by actor Lee Kwang-soo, is a character so perfectly suited that it's impossible to imagine anyone else playing him." Writer Oh Sang-ho also called Lee Kwang-soo "the treasure of 'Jokakdosi.'"

'Jokakdosi,' a collaboration between writer Oh Sang-ho of the 'Taxi Driver' series and directors Park Shin-woo and Kim Chang-ju ('Melting Me Softly,' 'Dear My Friends'), will premiere on Disney+ on November 5th, featuring the synergy of fresh actors including Ji Chang-wook, Doh Kyung-soo, Kim Jong-soo, Jo Yoon-su, and Lee Kwang-soo. The series will consist of 12 episodes, with four episodes released on premiere day, followed by two new episodes released weekly.

Netizens are expressing their anticipation for the drama, commenting, "Looking forward to Lee Kwang-soo's acting transformation," "Lee Kwang-soo as a villain sounds so fresh," and "Curious to see the chemistry between Doh Kyung-soo, Ji Chang-wook, and him."
