Broadcaster Lee Jang-woo showcased his hidden knife skills while preparing radish kimchi on the MBC variety show 'Country Village Lee Jang-woo 2'.

The episode aired on the 21st featured Lee Jang-woo's process of making radish kimchi. As he skillfully prepared the radishes, staff members praised his cutting technique. Lee Jang-woo humorously replied, "I've been cutting radishes at a sundae-guk (blood sausage soup) restaurant for years," drawing laughter.

After tasting the kimchi he made, Lee Jang-woo was full of admiration, yet humbly remarked, "What I've learned while making food with masters is that recipes relying on estimation are quite difficult."

On this day, Lee Jang-woo also tasted 'wonji' (a type of root vegetable) recommended by a master, which led him to surprisingly declare a 'boycott' on his usual favorite, dried savory rice. He effusively praised it, saying, "It was delicious even when eaten with plain water. There are still so many foods I don't know in Korea. You absolutely must try it."

Netizens who watched the show commented, "Lee Jang-woo's sundae-guk restaurant experience was real lol, his knife skills were no joke," "Is wonji really that delicious? I want to try it too!" and "Lee Jang-woo's mukbang is always right," showing anticipation for the program and his eating segments.
