Group 82MAJOR has shared their thoughts on working with SM Entertainment.

The showcase for their 4th mini-album ‘Trophy’ was held at Ilchi Art Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 30th, where the members discussed their new release.

In May, SM Entertainment completed the acquisition of shares in Great M Entertainment, the agency of 82MAJOR, becoming the second-largest shareholder.

Embarking on their first comeback under this new collaboration, 82MAJOR stated, “It’s an honor to be able to work with such esteemed seniors at SM. We are grateful for the anticipated support and appreciate it deeply. We believe the best way to repay them is by working hard in our own position and achieving success.”

Member Nam Seong-mo added, “When watching SHINee seniors perform, I was inspired by their mindset. Seeing how dedicated they are on stage, we aspire to give our all in our performances, no matter how much time passes.”

Jo Seong-il also shared, “I recently filmed a YouTube video with Hyoyeon senior. She was so kind, conducted the shoot smoothly, and possessed such beauty and aura. It was an honor to meet her, and we hope for opportunities to create content with other SM seniors in the future.”
