Comedienne Lee Soo-ji has once again proven her talent for creating new personas with her latest character, 'Egennyeo' (Short for 'Someone Who Acts Like They're Too Good For You').
A video released on the YouTube channel 'Hot Issue Ji' on the 28th featured Lee Soo-ji transforming into a doll-like figure in a pink outfit. With a soft, somewhat weak tone of voice and slow movements, she perfectly embodied the 'Egennyeo' persona. In the clip, 'Egennyeo' Soo-ji frequently exclaimed "So cuuute~" at even the smallest things, showcasing a self-absorbed daily life. Scenes like getting powder all over herself while applying 'strawberry milk blush' and then daintily coughing, or tenderly washing her pet doll 'Dori' while saying "Dori, are you happy? If Dori's happy, I'm happy," drew bursts of laughter from viewers.
The video also depicted her slowly eating five sweet potato jerky sticks in the morning, complaining of a bloated stomach, and later, during a home party with friends, checking her tarot fortune after her friends left to talk to their boyfriends.
