Game YouTuber 'Sutak' Suffers Brutal Kidnapping and Assault, Graphic Injury Photos Revealed
Graphic photos showing the severe injuries sustained by game YouTuber 'Sutak' following a shocking kidnapping and assault have been revealed, sending ripples of concern through the online community.
On the recent broadcast of JTBC's 'Sachun Banjang' (Incident Master) on the 30th, the harrowing details of Sutak's ordeal were reported. According to the Incheon Yeon-su Police Station, two men in their 20s and 30s were arrested on charges of kidnapping and assaulting Sutak, a YouTuber in his 30s, in the underground parking lot of an apartment in Songdo, Incheon, on the night of the 26th.
The assailants reportedly lured Sutak by promising to repay a debt, then proceeded to assault him with blunt objects, including what is believed to be an aluminum bat, before abducting him and transporting him to Geumsan-gun, Chungnam Province.
Sutak had fortunately reported feeling threatened to the police before the meeting. Law enforcement quickly initiated a search using CCTV footage and vehicle tracking, leading to the apprehension of the suspects as fugitives in the early morning of the 27th in Geumsan.
Upon rescue, Sutak was found to have sustained severe facial injuries, including suspected orbital fractures, bruises, suspected abdominal fractures, and lacerations, though his life was not in danger. The released photos depict the extent of the brutal attack, showing significant trauma to his face and body.
Following the broadcast, speculation online identified the victim as Sutak, citing his recent experience with a KRW 250 million fraud case and his profession as a 30-something game streamer. His agency, Sandbox, later confirmed his identity.
The police have applied for an arrest warrant for the suspects, identified as 'A' and accomplices, on charges of attempted murder and are investigating the specifics of the crime.
Netizens have expressed shock and concern, with many commenting, 'This is truly horrific,' and 'I hope he makes a speedy recovery. The perpetrators must face severe punishment.' The outpouring of support highlights the public's demand for justice.
