Jun Hyun-moo Braves First Rain Run in Turkey for 'The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears'

Broadcaster Jun Hyun-moo is set to embark on his very first running challenge in the rain during his trip to Turkey.

In the upcoming 329th episode of KBS2's variety show 'The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears' (hereafter 'Sagdwi'), airing on November 2nd, viewers will witness Jun Hyun-moo, Uhm Ji-in, Jung Ho-young, and Heo Yu-won visiting the Turkish public broadcaster TRT and experiencing local culture.

Influenced by Uhm Ji-in, who starts her day with a run on an empty stomach, and Jung Ho-young, who has recently become passionate about marathons, Jun Hyun-moo decides to try running along the Turkish riverside for the first time. Despite a heavy downpour, he declares his running debut, saying, "This is my very first time running." He confessed, "I manage my stamina by resting," which prompted Park Myung-soo to jokingly declare his ambition for Jun's main MC position, saying, "Well then, I should take that spot!" leaving Jun Hyun-moo astonished.

Jun Hyun-moo, who admitted, "I'm someone who doesn't even run in Korea," complained about the rain, "What is this, it's like a waterfall?" However, he ran alongside Chef Jung Ho-young, who maintained his sunglasses even in the rain, and Uhm Ji-in, for whom running in the rain is routine. Feeling proud of the praise he received, he boasted, "I'm the Sean of the MC world," seemingly certifying his suitability for running.

Despite his initial enthusiasm, Jun Hyun-moo soon fell behind, lamenting, "I can't see," and struggling. Yet, he managed to complete his first-ever 3km run. Surprised by his perseverance, Uhm Ji-in expressed her admiration. Jun Hyun-moo explained his motivation, saying, "My pride wouldn't allow me to quit." However, after the run, he lightheartedly called for a taxi, drawing laughter.
