BABYMONSTER to Shine at Japan's 'Best Hit Kayousai' and Domestic Year-End Shows

Rookie group BABYMONSTER is continuing its global ascent by securing spots at prestigious year-end music festivals in both South Korea and Japan.

According to YG Entertainment on the 31st, BABYMONSTER has confirmed their appearance at the live broadcast of Japan's Yomiuri TV year-end music special, 'Best Hit Kayousai 2025,' set to be held on November 13th at Osaka-Jo Hall in Osaka.

'Best Hit Kayousai' is a long-standing year-end music program, often counted among the esteemed 'Kohaku Uta Gassen' and 'FNS Kayosai.' This marks BABYMONSTER's first-ever performance at a Japanese year-end music festival and their sole K-pop artist inclusion in the lineup this year, drawing significant attention. The performance is expected to further solidify their influence in the Japanese market.

Prior to this, BABYMONSTER had already confirmed their participation in major domestic year-end awards ceremonies, including Mnet's '2025 MAMA Awards' and SBS's '2025 Gayo Daejeon.' During their '2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR 'HELLO MONSTERS' IN JAPAN' held in the first half of the year, they attracted a total of 150,000 attendees, setting a record for the fastest-selling concert by a K-pop girl group.
