
ZEROBASEONE's Zhang Hao Concludes First Acting Challenge Successfully, Proving Versatility with 'Across the Moon' OST Participation
Group ZEROBASEONE member Zhang Hao has successfully completed his first acting endeavor.
Zhang Hao took on the role of 'Weilin' in the MBC Friday-Saturday drama 'Across the Moon,' which concluded on the 31st of last month, leaving a memorable impression on viewers. In the drama, he appeared as Kim Jisong's (Jo Aram) boyfriend, acting as a 'happy virus' that injected vitality into the plot with his warm visuals and adorable pouting.
Notably, in the final episode, Weilin visited Korea to reunite with Jisong. After their breakup, he showed a sincere side by studying Korean, recalling Jisong's words. The two decided to remain as friends who support each other, bringing a heartwarming conclusion.
Following the finale, Zhang Hao shared his thoughts through his agency: 'Weilin is a positive and affectionate friend, and I felt fortunate to play a character with many similarities to myself. I'm grateful to actor Jo Aram, who helped me ease my tension as it was my first acting experience.'
He also expressed his affection for the OST song 'Refresh!' which he sang. He added, 'It's a song with an attractive bright and cheerful melody. I hope it receives even more love.'
Through 'Across the Moon,' Zhang Hao proved his multifaceted talents by successfully presenting not only his acting but also his OST participation. He continues to maintain steady popularity, having previously sung the OST 'I WANNA KNOW' for 'Transit Love 3,' earning him the OST category award at the '2025 K-Expo' Global Netizen Award.
