TWICE's Momo Purchases Luxury Villa Worth Over $3 Million in Prestigious Neighborhood

Momo, the Japanese member of the popular K-pop group TWICE, has reportedly purchased a luxury villa in Archui Village, Guri City, an emerging affluent area.

According to court registration documents on the 1st, Momo acquired a 221㎡ villa at 'Arcadia Signature' for 4.27 billion KRW (approximately $3.1 million USD) on the 23rd of last month. The ownership transfer and payment were completed the same day. It is presumed to be an all-cash transaction as there are no outstanding loans registered.

The luxury complex, completed in May 2023, features a structure of basement 2 floors and above-ground 4 floors, comprising 6 regular units and 2 penthouses. With a private entrance and robust security systems, it's a favored residence among celebrities. Momo's purchased unit, a 'Natural Terrace type,' boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 3 bathrooms, a private garden, and views of the Han River and Achasan Mountain.

Actress Han So-hee and former After School member Nana are also residents of the building, and actor couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin, singer Park Jin-young, and actor Oh Yeon-seo are also reported to live in the area, making it a celebrity hotspot.
