Singer Lee Min-woo, a member of the iconic K-pop group Shinhwa, experienced a moment of shock and concern during a recent prenatal check-up with his fiancée.

A preview for the KBS 2TV show 'Mr. House Husband Season 2', aired on the 1st, showed Lee Min-woo accompanying his heavily pregnant fiancée, Lee Ah-mi, to the hospital.

In the clip, Lee Min-woo was seen diligently taking care of his stepdaughter in the morning before heading to the clinic with his fiancée.

During the ultrasound examination, the doctor's words, 'Umbilical cord around the neck,' startled the couple. The doctor further hinted at a potentially serious situation by stating, 'There could be more emergencies,' adding to the suspense.

Lee Min-woo had previously announced his marriage plans to fans in July through a heartfelt handwritten letter, revealing his intention to marry next May. His fiancée, Lee Ah-mi, is a third-generation Korean resident in Japan and a single mother to a 6-year-old daughter.

After informing his parents, Lee Min-woo traveled to Japan to bring his fiancée and her daughter back to Korea. Lee Ah-mi is currently pregnant with Lee Min-woo's child and is due to give birth in December.
