Shim Hyeong-tak Embarks on First Family Outing with Baby Son Haru, Shares Sweet Moments in Seongsu-dong
Actor Shim Hyeong-tak recently took his first family outing with his wife, Saya, and their four-month-old son, Haru.
A video uploaded on March 1st to the YouTube channel 'Hyeong-tak Saya's Day' titled “[4 Months Old] First Family Outing: A Date in the City in Seongsu-dong, Can We Have Fun?” garnered significant attention from fans.
In the video, Shim Hyeong-tak and Saya, along with Haru, ventured out to Seongsu-dong. Their first stop was a photo booth for four-cut stickers. Shim Hyeong-tak expressed his emotions, saying, “We took pictures here when Haru was in my belly, and now we brought Haru along.” Young Haru looked a bit bewildered in the photos, but his parents couldn't contain their smiles.
As they strolled through the streets of Seongsu, Shim Hyeong-tak commented, “There are so many people. It feels strange to be out like this after always being a loner at home.” He added, “Excluding Saya and Haru, I’m a true loner. I’m happy because I have them.” Saya smiled and replied, “You’re not a loner anymore. Let’s go out together as a family more often from now on.”
The couple also had a delightful time at a claw machine arcade. Shim Hyeong-tak shared his renewed motivation, stating, “I used to play forcefully, but this time I’m doing it sincerely because Haru likes it.” He succeeded in winning a Doraemon plush toy and gifted it to Haru. Watching his son hug the toy tightly, Shim Hyeong-tak beamed, saying, “As a father, these moments are so happy.”
Shim Hyeong-tak married his wife, Hirai Saya, who is 18 years his junior and from Japan, in 2023. They welcomed their first son, Haru, in January and are currently appearing on the KBS2 entertainment show ‘The Return of Superman’.
Netizens reacted positively, with comments like 'So heartwarming to see,' 'Haru is so adorable,' and 'You can feel the family's happiness.' Many expressed support for Shim Hyeong-tak's parenting journey and anticipation for his future appearances on ‘The Return of Superman.’
