BTS's V Reunites with Fan Who Sent Him a Letter 12 Years Ago

A heartwarming, fairytale-like reunion took place between BTS member V and a fan who sent him a letter 12 years ago.

V attended the '2024 Vogue World: Hollywood' event held in Los Angeles on March 26th (local time), radiating his signature charisma amidst Hollywood's elite and global designers.

During the event, V had an astonishing encounter with Elena, who had met him at a fan signing event 11 years prior. Elena, now an accomplished fashion designer based in the U.S., studied fashion design at UCLA and was invited to the event.

Elena shared her excitement on social media, stating, 'Tonight is a night that 15-year-old Elena could only have dreamed of.' She recalled becoming a fan after seeing BTS perform in 2013, being the only BTS fan at her school at the time.

In 2014, Elena gave V a letter at a fan signing. V kept his promise to reply to her posts on the fan cafe. He later mentioned listening to her recommended song, 'Someone Like You,' and a few days later, gifted fans a cover of the song on his birthday.

Elena expressed her deep emotion, saying, 'What happened that day as a high school student is still vivid. Now, 11 years later, I met V again at the Vogue event and was able to tell him I was that fan.'
