During the SBS variety show 'Running Man,' aired on the 2nd, the cast returned with full energy, including the comeback of maknae Ji Ye-eun. However, Yoo Jae-seok's appearance with a strained voice immediately caught viewers' attention.

'I've been using my voice a lot for recordings lately. I apologize,' Yoo Jae-seok explained, popping a throat lozenge into his mouth. Fellow cast member Ji Suk-jin expressed his worry, 'You should reduce your workload. Aren't you overdoing it?' According to real estate sources, the entertainer acquired a plot of about 90 pyeong (approx. 297 sqm) in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at a price of roughly 128 million KRW per pyeong. The location is near his agency Antenna's building, sparking speculation about a potential 'Second Antenna Building.'

Despite this significant property investment, Yoo Jae-seok reportedly continues to reside in a rented apartment in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam, while managing his assets through stocks and other investments.

Yoo Jae-seok, who has maintained his top position in the entertainment industry for nearly three decades, is once again highlighted as a symbol of self-made success following the real estate news. However, his visible health concerns on screen have prompted fans to send messages of support, urging him to 'prioritize health over work' and 'take a break.'
