The new film 'First Ride' has claimed the top spot at the box office during its opening weekend, captivating audiences.
According to data from the Korean Film Council's integrated network, 'First Ride' drew 230,810 viewers from Friday to Sunday (October 31st to November 2nd), bringing its total cumulative audience to 368,848.
This strong debut positions 'First Ride' as a major contender in the current film market.
Following in the rankings, 'Chainsaw Man the Movie: The Flanders' secured the second position with 147,473 admissions over the weekend, reaching a cumulative total of 2,794,147. 'Exit 8' landed in third place, attracting 84,714 viewers for a cumulative audience of 322,998.
'K-Pop Demon Hunters' took fourth place with 39,377 viewers, and 'Coraline' ranked fifth with 39,221.
As of Monday morning (November 3rd) at 9:20 AM, real-time reservation rates show 'Chainsaw Man the Movie: The Flanders' leading with 17.9%, followed by 'Prey: The Land of Death' at 13.6%.
