tvN's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Dear X' is set to premiere today (3rd), sparking anticipation.

Ahead of its first broadcast, the production team released stills capturing the unusual first encounter between national actor Im Hyun-joon (played by Lee Jung-jae) and entertainment reporter Wi Jeong-shin (played by Lim Ji-yeon), piquing viewers' curiosity.

The released photos show Wi Jeong-shin on the verge of tears at a police station, while Im Hyun-joon looks bewildered by her actions. Questions arise about the circumstances that led the two to the police station before even introducing themselves.

Additionally, the stills reveal Park Byeong-gi (played by Jeon Seong-woo), an acquaintance of Im Hyun-joon, intensely pursuing him to take on the lead role in his graduation film, 'Good Detective Kang Pil-gu,' which is poised to be Hyun-joon's career-defining work. Hyun-joon's exasperated expression at Byeong-gi's persistent and inopportune casting efforts adds a humorous touch.

'Dear X' is a drama that chronicles the 'diss war,' 'fact bombing,' and 'prejudice smashing' between a national actor who has lost his way and an entertainment reporter obsessed with achieving justice. The series is a collaboration between director Kim Ga-ram and writer Jeong Yeo-rang, featuring a cast including Lee Jung-jae, Lim Ji-yeon, Kim Ji-hoon, and Seo Ji-hye.
