Singer Sung Si-kyung has revealed his complex feelings via social media following reports that he suffered financial damages from his former manager of over 10 years.

In a post on his SNS on the 3rd, Sung Si-kyung began by saying, "So many things have happened this year. I first want to apologize to those who may feel uncomfortable due to my news."

He confessed that the recent situation has been "a series of truly distressing and difficult times." He expressed a deep sense of loss, stating, "Experiencing broken trust from someone I believed in, cherished, and thought of like family is not easy, even at my age."

Sung Si-kyung admitted he tried to maintain his daily life and pretend to be okay to avoid worrying others. However, he shared that while managing his YouTube channel and scheduled concert performances, he felt that "my body, mind, and voice have been greatly harmed."

He apologized for the delay in announcing his year-end concert, explaining, "Honestly, I kept questioning whether I could truly stand on stage in this situation." He added, "I want to reach a state where I can confidently say I'm okay, both mentally and physically."

Sung Si-kyung promised to decide and announce the year-end concert status by the end of this week at the latest. He concluded by expressing his apologies and gratitude, "As always, this too shall pass, and I'm trying to think it's fortunate I found out before it was too late. I will do my best to get through this well."

Netizens expressed support, commenting, "I hope you overcome this difficult time," "Wishing you strength and a swift recovery," and "We'll wait for your great performance, Sung Si-kyung!"
