YouTuber Lim La-ra Rushed to ER After Severe Postpartum Hemorrhage: 'Thought I Was Going to Die'

Broadcaster and former YouTuber Lim La-ra was rushed to the emergency room due to severe postpartum bleeding, as revealed on the TV CHOSUN show 'My Baby is Born Again'.

The episode aired on the 4th featured the birth story of Lim La-ra and her husband, Son Min-soo, who recently became parents to twins.

Despite receiving congratulations on their pregnancy after a long wait, the birth process was far from smooth. Lim La-ra had to undergo an early C-section due to pregnancy pruritus. Although she safely delivered the twins, she soon experienced unexpected postpartum hemorrhaging.

While recovering, Lim La-ra repeatedly fainted, leading to her emergency transfer to the hospital just three days after surgery. She shared, "I fainted ten times. I really thought I was going to die," adding, "I was able to endure thanks to everyone who prayed and cheered for me."

Currently, Lim La-ra is stable after receiving blood transfusions and hemostatic treatment. Her husband, Son Min-soo, expressed his relief, stating, "It was a truly terrifying moment. I'm so grateful my wife is recovering well."

Lim La-ra and Son Min-soo are a popular couple creator duo known for their YouTube channel 'Enjoy Couple.' They married last year and became parents this year after welcoming their twins.
