TVXQ's U-Know Yunho Releases First Full Solo Album 'Reality Show' After 22 Years, Promises 'Fun of Choosing' with 'Fake' and 'Documentary' Concepts

U-Know Yunho, a member of the group TVXQ, shared his thoughts at the press conference for his first full solo album 'Reality Show'.

During the event held on the 5th at the Grand Ballroom of Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel, U-Know Yunho greeted attendees by saying, "It's been 22 years since my debut, and I'm finally releasing a full album."

The new album, 'Reality Show', marks his return approximately two years after his third mini-album 'Reality Show' released in August 2023. It features a total of 10 diverse tracks, including the double title songs 'Stretch' and 'Body Language'.

Reflecting on his solo comeback, U-Know Yunho expressed, "I've prepared this album while greeting everyone with wonderful news after a long time. The first full album feels incredibly exciting."

He introduced the concept of 'Reality Show' as a story about himself, literally 'I Know'. "The image the public sees is the artist U-Know Yunho, the 'Fake', while my inner self, the one who looks into myself, is the 'Documentary'. I planned this album with the idea that these two aspects together form the complete me."

He further elaborated, "I've shown many sides of myself over 20 years, but I think what the public is curious about now is the artist's personal story. I thought about what message I could convey, and while many people, including fans, love the bright and healthy image of U-Know Yunho, I can now take responsibility for talking about the many thoughts and struggles behind showing that image."

"'Fake' suits a pastel tone, it's vibrant, colorful, and delivers a positive message. 'Documentary' will tell the story of Jung Yunho, reflecting on my experiences and thoughts," he explained, adding, "I believe it's an album with the fun of choosing."

U-Know Yunho's first full solo album 'Reality Show' will be released today (5th) at 6 PM.
