TVXQ!'s Yunho Expresses Gratitude for Group's Presidential Award

Yunho, a member of the iconic K-pop group TVXQ!, shared his thoughts on the group receiving the prestigious Presidential Commendation.

During a press conference held on May 5th at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel for the release of his first full-length solo album 'Reality Show', Yunho spoke about the honor.

He stated, "Receiving such a significant award for TVXQ! within the K-pop industry makes me feel a great sense of accomplishment for all that we've done," expressing his deep appreciation.

Yunho reflected on the group's journey, saying, "I believe our team is fortunate to have experienced the evolution from tapes to CDs and digital formats. I am grateful just to still be active as an artist." He added, "I think it's also viewed positively by many juniors who consider us good seniors and role models, allowing that connection to continue in a meaningful way."

TVXQ! was honored with the Presidential Commendation at the '16th Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards' last month. The group is celebrating its 20th anniversary in Korea and Japan, continuing to make history as a legendary K-pop act.
