IVE's Lee Seo to Forego College Entrance Exams, Focusing on Group Activities

Lee Seo, a member of the popular K-pop group IVE, will not be taking the national college entrance exam (Suneung) this year. Starship Entertainment, the group's agency, announced the decision on the 5th.

"After extensive discussions with Lee Seo regarding the college entrance exam for the 2026 academic year, it has been finalized that she will not be applying this year," the agency stated.

They further explained, "The decision was made respecting Lee Seo's strong desire to dedicate her current focus to IVE's group activities. We will consider her university enrollment in the future when she can dedicate herself to her studies," the statement read.

Born in 2007, Lee Seo is currently a high school senior eligible to take the exam. IVE recently concluded their world tour 'SHOW WHAT I’M DOING' in Seoul and plans to continue meeting fans globally.
