Ahn So-hee Opens Up About Wonder Girls' Past Concepts on 'Radio Star'

Singer and actress Ahn So-hee candidly shared her past struggles during her time with the iconic girl group Wonder Girls on the latest episode of MBC's 'Radio Star'.

The episode, part of the 'JYPick 읏 짜!' special, featured Park Jin-young, Ahn So-hee, Boom, and Kwon Jin-ah.

Ahn So-hee acknowledged comments that she seems much brighter now, admitting that she used to be very shy, quiet, and rarely showed expressions.

She revealed that the most frequent phrases she heard during recordings were "How is it?" and "Smile," hinting at the difficulties she faced back then.

The former Wonder Girls member also spoke honestly about the group's signature retro concept.

She confessed that none of the members actually liked the retro concept, and she personally found the funky hairstyles and outfits "really displeasing."

Ahn So-hee further admitted to feeling unfamiliar with the music at the time, stating, "It felt strange. I didn't know if I liked it or not."

She didn't hold back, revealing her dislike for promoting the hit song 'Tell Me' (often referred to as 'Eomeona' in its Korean title), the Wonder Woman concept in the music video, and even the nickname 'Mandu' (dumpling) she received for her chubby cheeks.
