SEVENTEEN to Ignite Asian Stadiums for Second Consecutive Year with 'Follow' Tour
Global sensation SEVENTEEN (comprising S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, Dokyeom, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino) is set to electrify major Asian stadiums for the second year in a row.
According to PLEDIS Entertainment, a subsidiary of HYBE MUSIC GROUP, SEVENTEEN will hold their 'SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN ASIA' at the Singapore National Stadium on March 7th and the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan on March 21st of next year.
The Singapore National Stadium has hosted legendary pop artists like Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and Coldplay. SEVENTEEN's confirmation to hold a solo concert there for the second consecutive year as a K-pop act solidifies their status as 'Global Top-Tier Artists.' Furthermore, they will be performing at the Philippine Sports Stadium for three consecutive years, starting in 2024.
SEVENTEEN kicked off their 'SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_]' in September at the 54,000-capacity Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. They subsequently captivated approximately 72,600 fans at the Hong Kong Kai Tak Stadium, the largest venue in the city. Their recent North American tour across five cities further proved their reputation as 'Performance Masters.'
The group will continue their world tour momentum starting November 27th with Japan's four major dome venues. Notably, the November 29th show at Vantelin Dome Nagoya will be broadcast live via live viewing in over 900 cinemas across more than 50 countries and regions worldwide, including Korea, anticipating a massive global fan response.
Korean fans are expressing excitement, with comments like "SEVENTEEN's scale is truly different," "So proud they're doing it for two years straight!", and "Jealous of the Singapore and Philippine fans."
