Actress Lee Si-young has safely welcomed her second child, a baby girl, into the world.

On the evening of May 5th, Lee Si-young shared the joyous news on her personal social media account. "I consider her a gift from God to her mom, and I'll make sure Jeong-yun and our little fighter are happy for life. Thank you so much, Professor Won Hye-seong. I won't forget your kindness," she wrote, accompanying the message with photos.

Lee Si-young married a culinary entrepreneur, nine years her senior, in September 2017. They welcomed their son, Jeong-yun, but announced their divorce in March, after eight years of marriage. Approximately four months after announcing her second pregnancy, Lee Si-young has now given birth. A representative from her agency, Ace Factory, confirmed to OSEN on the 5th, "Actress Lee Si-young recently gave birth to a daughter. Both mother and child are currently resting well.
