Epik High's Tablo Reveals He Wrote a Will for Wife Kang Hye-jung and Daughter Haru

Tablo, a member of the renowned hip-hop group Epik High, has revealed that he has written a will for his wife, actress Kang Hye-jung, and their daughter, Haru, drawing significant attention from fans.

The revelation came in a YouTube video titled 'I Want to Live Thin and Long Like Noodles,' released on the group's official channel 'EPIKASE' on the 6th.

The video documented Epik High's culinary journey across East Asia, starting in Seoul and traveling to Osaka, Taipei, and Hong Kong in search of the best noodle dishes.

During a meal in Taipei, Tablo opened up about his thoughts on mortality. He shared, "During busy touring seasons, I write down where my assets are, what to do if something happens to me, so that Kang Hye-jung and Haru can take care of themselves. I even film videos explaining these things."

He continued, reflecting on his age: "Every time I film these, I feel myself getting older. In my 20s and 30s, I used to imagine my own death and be afraid, but that doesn't cross my mind anymore. Now, my family is the only thing that matters. I don't think I'm important to myself anymore, because someone more important than us has come into our lives."

Fellow members Mithra Jin and DJ Tukutz echoed his sentiments. DJ Tukutz commented, "We are important too, but it's unavoidable. With so much flying and moving around, you never know what might happen, right?"

Tablo also mentioned that Kang Hye-jung dislikes when he talks about these serious matters. He added with a chuckle, "I put a postscript too, so the family doesn't cry if I get too serious. I wrote that if songs with my voice are released without my permission, they might be AI, so please check carefully."
