Jun Hyun-moo, aka 'Murathoner,' Tackles the '8km Puppy Run' - Will He Complete It?
MBC's 'I Live Alone' is set to showcase a new challenge from one of its popular cast members.
On the upcoming episode airing on the 7th, viewers will witness Jun Hyun-moo, affectionately known as 'Murathoner,' embarking on a running adventure.
Equipped with a brand-new running set, Jun Hyun-moo will take on the '8km Puppy Run,' a course favored by MZ generation runners. This unique route, starting and ending at Gwanghwamun and tracing a path through Gyeongbokgung Palace, Samcheongdong, and Insadong to resemble a puppy, holds a special significance for the self-proclaimed 'dog lover' Jun Hyun-moo. He's expected to fully enjoy this fresh experience of running through Jongno's vibrant hotspots.
Jun Hyun-moo kicks off his 'Murathoner' journey by enthusiastically greeting citizens supporting his first run with a cheerful "Hello! I'm a runner!" and a flying heart. Having studied the course beforehand, he appears relaxed, interacting with fellow runners and taking in the scenic views of Jongno as he runs.
In addition to the run, Jun Hyun-moo encounters unexpected acquaintances, exchanging warm greetings. While running through the streets of Jongno, he also reminisces about the past, recalling memories like, "We got couple rings back in college..."
However, the preview also captures moments where 'Murathoner' Jun Hyun-moo loses his composure and finds himself in a state of confusion. He's seen bewildered, asking, "Where am I?" and even has to U-turn, retracing his steps, which sparks a strong sense of injustice and frustration. The anticipation builds as he declares, "I can't stand it!" succumbing to a tempting 'something' that makes him halt, abandoning his initial 'Murathoner' spirit and bringing laughter to the viewers.
Korean netizens are expressing their excitement, with comments like, "I'm curious if Jun Hyun-moo can actually finish the run," "A puppy-shaped course sounds adorable," and "Go, Murathoner!" showing their anticipation for the episode.
