Jeon Somi's beauty brand, VBlo Korea, has issued an apology after facing controversy for allegedly using a logo similar to the Red Cross emblem in its product promotions.

In an official statement released on November 7th, VBlo Korea addressed reports that their CEO and Jeon Somi were reported for the logo usage. The brand stated, "Upon recognizing the issue, we immediately ceased exposure of related content and have been in continuous communication with the Seoul branch of the Korean Red Cross and relevant personnel."

Contrary to some reports, VBlo Korea clarified that the complaint was filed by a third party, not the Korean Red Cross itself. They further announced that they received official confirmation from the Korean Red Cross expressing gratitude for their self-corrective efforts and stating no intention to pursue legal action.

The brand explained that the design in question was an "Emotion Emergency Kit" concept visualized carelessly, not an intentional violation of the law. They have since discontinued the use of the problematic design and strengthened their review process for designs and communications. VBlo Korea pledged to do its best to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Netizens commented, "Isn't Jeon Somi supposed to apologize directly?", "It seems they didn't manage the brand properly," and "I hope such mistakes don't happen again."
