Actress Jun Ji-hyun has become the center of attention by making her first official appearance on YouTube after 28 years since her debut.

She also shared her secrets for thorough self-management by revealing her daily routine. "I wake up at 6 AM and exercise no matter what. Before, my goal was weight loss, but now it's for my health," she said. "When my body got used to it, I wanted to learn a new exercise, so I started boxing, which is very fun."

She further elaborated on her diet, stating, “Fasting workouts are a habit, and I eat lunch as late as possible. I focus my diet on protein and try to eat healthy foods.”
