Choi Hwa-jung Visits Marriage Agency, Admits 'Can't Remember Last Time I Felt Butterflies'

Actress Choi Hwa-jung has opened up about her genuine thoughts on marriage.

A video uploaded on July 7th to her YouTube channel, 'Hello Choi Hwa-jung,' featured the 65-year-old actress visiting a marriage information company for a consultation. "Are there people my age here?" she asked shyly.

The couple manager responded, "Of course. Many come seeking a lifelong companion, like a friend, after building their careers." Choi Hwa-jung confessed, "I can't remember the last time I felt butterflies. That makes me a little sad," revealing her true feelings.

She also discussed the possibility of marriage, stating, "People say if you meet someone you like, you'll marry them tomorrow. If I felt that way, I think starting a new path wouldn't be so bad," she said cautiously.

Regarding financial stability, she honestly replied, "I started working early and am now stable. I own my apartment." When asked if she had enough income to buy a foreign car monthly, she laughed and replied, "Yes."

On her hobbies, she mentioned, "I'm introverted, so I enjoy playing with my dog, cooking alone, and reading." However, she added, "Being alone isn't lonely, but I hope to feel butterflies again someday," expressing an open mind towards marriage.

"I'm scared to start something new at this age, but I also have anticipation about meeting another connection," she shared. "Right now, the thought that 'it might be okay' is slowly growing."
