Dr. Oh Eun-young Unveils Love Story with First Love Husband on 'Immortal Songs': 'He's So Cute When I See His Face'

‘National Mentor’ Dr. Oh Eun-young is set to reveal her love story for the first time on KBS2's 'Immortal Songs'.

The 730th episode of 'Immortal Songs', airing today (8th), will feature a special episode dedicated to Dr. Oh Eun-young. Dr. Oh, who has provided life advice and healing to countless people, will share a special story about her first love and current husband, whom she met during her time at Yonsei University College of Medicine.

Dr. Oh shared, “My husband and I were each other’s first love,” recalling the days when they nurtured their relationship despite the heavy study load back then.

When MC Shin Dong-yup asked about marital disputes, Dr. Oh candidly replied, “We dated for 9 years, and we argued a lot, especially in the first six months.” She added, “There was a time I yelled ‘Don't follow me,’ but he walked behind me with a playful, pigeon-toed gait and a smile, which I found adorable.” She revealed her affection, stating, “When I see his face, he’s so cute. I guess you can’t resist cuteness.” Shin Dong-yup chimed in, recalling a meal with Dr. Oh's husband and joking, “He really is very cute.”

Furthermore, after listening to Seo Moon-tak’s rendition of John Lennon's ‘Imagine,’ Dr. Oh was deeply moved, saying, “This song always reminds me of my husband. He is a presence firmly settled in my heart.” She also spoke about the deep trust in her marriage, adding, “When I’m with my husband, I feel a greater sense of humanity and love for people.”

Meanwhile, this special 'Immortal Songs' episode dedicated to Dr. Oh Eun-young will feature performances from 10 artist teams, including Seo Moon-tak, Jadu, Ali, Nam Sang-il & Kim Tae-yeon, Woodz, Eun Ga-eun & Park Hyun-ho, Kim Ki-tae, ONEWE, Mush Venom, and Jung Seung-won, presenting diverse stages.

The 'Immortal Songs – Special Feature: Oh Eun-young' episode will be broadcast over two parts, starting today (8th) and continuing next Saturday (15th). The show airs every Saturday at 6:05 PM KST on KBS 2TV.
