Cha Eun-woo Unveils Dual Concepts for Upcoming Album 'ELSE', Raising Anticipation

Singer and actor Cha Eun-woo has amplified anticipation for his upcoming second solo mini-album, 'ELSE', by revealing contrasting concept photos that showcase his versatile charms.

On the 7th and 8th, Cha Eun-woo successively released two versions of concept photos for 'ELSE'—'day' and 'night'—through his official social media channels.

In the 'day' version photos, Cha Eun-woo exuded a hip and relaxed vibe, sporting a look that combined a striped shirt, jeans, and a t-shirt emblazoned with 'unframe'. His intense, captivating gaze drew viewers in, while the mysterious imagery of him moving towards a basement heightened the album's intrigue.

The 'night' version photos, released subsequently, presented a dark and rugged mood, a stark contrast to the previous set. Featuring simulated injuries, Cha Eun-woo unleashed a powerful expression and an untamed aura that seemed to break through the black and white, displaying a different facet of his appeal that defied conventional boundaries.

The title track, 'SATURDAY PREACHER', was surprisingly pre-released during his solo fan meeting 'THE ROYAL' in Seoul and Tokyo just before his enlistment, making its official release even more anticipated.

Including the title track, the mini-album 'ELSE' features a total of four songs: 'Sweet Papaya', 'Selfish', and 'Thinkin’ Bout U'. Cha Eun-woo's second solo mini-album, 'ELSE', is set to be released on the 21st at 1 PM KST through domestic and international music streaming platforms.

Meanwhile, Cha Eun-woo enlisted in the military band of the Army in July. He continues to engage with fans by releasing various teaser content for 'ELSE', which was pre-recorded before his enlistment. He is also actively engaging in different fields even during his military service, appearing in the film 'First Love' as the character Yeon-min and recently serving as the MC for the welcome dinner at the 2025 APEC Summit.
