The second case detailed the brutal murder and sexual assault of a 70-year-old woman living alone. She was found deceased in her small room, semi-nude with her lower garments missing, her body showing signs of severe facial assault and multiple fractures. The scene was chaotic, with bloodstains present, and the perpetrator had left behind his own underwear.

Detectives, suspecting the perpetrator needed transportation, appealed to taxi drivers for information.
