SBS's 'Running Man' will feature an exhilarating autumn sports day for its 'Literary Club' members this coming Sunday, the 9th.

The recent recording was themed 'Collect and Win! Autumn Literary Club,' where the cast had to collect two maple leaf cards from Hwatu to achieve 'Jangtteng' (the highest winning hand). During the mission to determine the card exchange order, the members donned animal costumes, including a dinosaur, chicken, and horse, which contrasted humorously with the vibrant autumn flower fields.

The bulky costumes, with their inflated lower bodies and headwear obstructing vision, proved to be quite the penalty, making it difficult for the cast to move freely. Despite the challenges, the members are expected to deliver plenty of laughter and fun, which can be fully experienced in the upcoming broadcast.

Amidst the generally lowered skill levels due to the costumes, singer Sunmi showcased remarkable performance. Known as the 'Fitness Goddess,' she utilized her strong physical stamina for non-stop offense, earning recognition as a top attacker for her team. She even surpassed her teammate Kim Jong-kook, emerging as a new ace. In response, actor Kim Byung-chul, sporting a perm reminiscent of a composer, became the 'Maestro on the Net,' leading the charge across the lawn.

As the 'Running Man' members struggled with their costume penalties, guests like Sunmi and Kim Byung-chul led their teams with intense, evenly matched performances. The conclusion of the 'Collect and Win! Autumn Literary Club' race, where participants will do anything for maple leaves, will be revealed on 'Running Man,' airing this Sunday at 6:10 PM.
