Yoo Jae-seok, Haha, Joo Woo-jae Bid Farewell to Lee Yi-kyung on 'How Do You Play?'
On the MBC entertainment show 'How Do You Play?' (abbreviated as 'Nol-mwo'), hosts Yoo Jae-seok, Haha, and Joo Woo-jae addressed the departure of actor Lee Yi-kyung, expressing their regret.
The episode aired on the evening of the 8th featured the first general meeting of the 'Society of the Famous but Unpopular' (abbreviated as 'In-sa-mo'). While Yoo Jae-seok, Haha, and Joo Woo-jae appeared in suits as the organizers, Lee Yi-kyung's absence was palpable.
Before the official opening, Yoo Jae-seok directly mentioned Lee Yi-kyung's departure. "Yi-kyung worked hard with us for the past three years, but as many of you may know from news reports, he had to leave due to his packed schedule with dramas and movies," he explained.
He added, "After coordinating with the production team, his departure came about due to his schedule," expressing his disappointment. Joo Woo-jae also defended Lee Yi-kyung, stating, "His schedule has been incredibly busy for several months." Haha chimed in, lamenting, "He should have been able to say goodbye properly, but the 'In-sa-mo' meeting got delayed."
Yoo Jae-seok requested understanding from the audience: "Due to program postponements and date shifts, he couldn't say a proper farewell. We ask for your understanding." He concluded by urging, "Please continue to cheer for Yi-kyung's future endeavors." Following his words, the 'Nol-mwo' members collectively cheered, "You worked hard, Yi-kyung!" "You did great!" "Well done!"
