
Actor Cha In-pyo and Shin Ae-ra's Eldest Son Cha Jung-min to Marry on the 29th
Cha Jung-min, the eldest son of actors Cha In-pyo and Shin Ae-ra, is set to tie the knot on May 29th.
According to a report by News1 on the 7th, Cha Jung-min will hold his wedding ceremony at a private venue in Seoul with his non-celebrity fiancée.
The wedding will be an intimate affair, with only close family and friends invited.
His fiancée is known to be the daughter of a retired executive from a major corporation. The couple reportedly knew each other as childhood friends before their relationship blossomed into marriage. Cha Jung-min shared his excitement, stating, "We've been friends since we were young. We will live happily."
Born in December 1998, Cha Jung-min is 28 years old in Korean age. He debuted as a composer for the Compassion band's song 'We've Become Friends' in 2013 and appeared on Mnet's audition program 'Superstar K5' in the same year. During his appearance, he performed an original song, receiving advice from judge Yoon Jong-shin to "change it to composing."
He later studied practical music at Azusa Pacific University in the United States and pursued a career as a singer-songwriter under the stage name 'NtoL.' In 2021, he released the song 'Mom,' dedicated to his mother, Shin Ae-ra.
Cha In-pyo and Shin Ae-ra married in 1995 and welcomed their eldest son, Cha Jung-min, in 1998. They later adopted two daughters, completing their family.
