Park Soo-hong's Wife Kim Da-ye Reveals 33kg Weight Loss Secret: 'Empty Stomach Probiotics Key'
Kim Da-ye, wife of broadcaster Park Soo-hong, has garnered attention by sharing her secret to losing a remarkable 33kg.
In a YouTube video uploaded on the channel 'Park Soo-hong is Happy Da-hong' on the 7th, Kim Da-ye detailed her journey from 90kg to 57kg. She stated, "I've regained my health and gained confidence outwardly," explaining that the video was prepared not just for aesthetic reasons but to share a healthy approach to dieting.
Kim Da-ye pinpointed 'consuming probiotics on an empty stomach' as the core of her weight loss strategy. "I took probiotics on an empty stomach every single day. I wouldn't even eat if I forgot to take my probiotics," she emphasized, revealing her past struggles with intestinal inflammation and weakened immunity. She shared that probiotics significantly helped improve her constitution, initially taking six pills daily and now maintaining around three.
After recovering her health, she incorporated a tablespoon of olive oil on an empty stomach, combined with lemon and detox juices. Regarding her diet, she commented, "I ate everything I wanted, but focused on controlling the portions. Extreme diets didn't make me happy. A sustainable method is more important than starving," she stressed.
Instead of strenuous exercise, Kim Da-ye recovered her stamina through physical therapy and swimming. "After giving birth, my body was weak and exercise was difficult. Now, I swim about once a week to balance my body," she explained. To prevent sagging skin from rapid weight loss, she also received "skin elasticity management about once a month."
Finally, she advised, "Dietary supplements are just aids. The most important thing is to manage yourself consistently with a healthy method that suits you," reiterating the importance of a 'healthy diet' without overexertion.
Fans are reacting enthusiastically to Kim Da-ye's revealed diet methods. Comments include, "33kg? That's incredible! So inspiring!", "I'm curious about the probiotics – has anyone else tried them with success?", and "Thank you for sharing a sustainable way to diet, I'll definitely try this!"
