Actor Yoon Hyun-min shared a shocking story of being scammed out of approximately 2 million won on the SBS entertainment show ‘My Little Old Boy’ (MiWooSae).

During the episode aired on the 9th, Yoon Hyun-min, who is playing a criminal role in the musical ‘Bonnie & Clyde’, visited Professor Pyo Chang-won, South Korea's first-generation profiler, to seek advice for his role.

As Professor Pyo shared various crime stories, Yoon Hyun-min revealed his own past experience with fraud. "There was a time I urgently needed a camera. I found the cheapest site and went into it," he explained. "I had to receive it via quick delivery, so I communicated through a chat app. I was told to deposit the money right away, so I did, but then the website disappeared immediately."

Surprised, fellow cast member Im Won-hee asked about the amount lost. Yoon Hyun-min stated it was in the "2 million won range" and described feeling so stunned and empty that he remained motionless in the same posture for an hour. Professor Pyo comforted him by saying, "Anyone can fall victim to this."

Following the broadcast, Korean netizens expressed sympathy and shared similar experiences. Comments included: 'So unfortunate for Yoon Hyun-min. I've had a similar experience.', 'Are these scams still prevalent these days? We need to be careful.', and 'Professor Pyo Chang-won's words must have been very comforting.' Some fans offered words of encouragement, such as 'Always be careful!' and 'Still, I enjoyed your performance very much.'
