Park Yeon-soo Flaunts Son Song Ji-wook's Youth Soccer Championship Win, Golf Pro Daughter Song Ji-ah Also Shines
Actress Park Yeon-soo proudly shared an update on her son, Song Ji-wook, showcasing the prowess of her 'sports star family.'
On the 10th, Park Yeon-soo posted on her social media, "Gyeonggi Province Junior Championship win, players from both selected and non-selected teams in grades 1 and 2 won simultaneously.. Great job to the coach and staff!" along with a photograph.
The revealed photo shows Park Yeon-soo's son, Song Ji-wook, and daughter, Song Ji-ah, posing affectionately side-by-side. Song Ji-wook, who plays for Pyeongtaek Jinwi FC, inherited the athletic talent of his father, former soccer player Song Jong-guk, and has long been recognized as a promising prospect. This championship win further solidifies his talent.
Having started professional training in middle school and even receiving private coaching from his father, Song Ji-wook is anticipated to become a leading figure in Korean football. His older sister, Song Ji-ah, who stands by her brother's side, is also actively playing as a professional golfer. She obtained her membership with the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) last year and made her official professional debut.
Meanwhile, Park Yeon-soo married Song Jong-guk in 2006 and they have one son and one daughter. They divorced in 2015, and she is currently raising both children as a single mother.
Netizens commented, "Ji-wook is amazing! Congratulations on the win!", "He really inherited his mom's athleticism," and "Ji-ah is already a pro, this is truly a sports family! We look forward to their future."
