Jin Seo-yeon Tells Kim Hee-sun to 'Manage Herself' on 'No Second Chances'
In the premiere episode of TV Chosun's weekend mini-series 'No Second Chances,' aired on the 10th, Jin Seo-yeon didn't hold back her candid advice for Kim Hee-sun.
The episode depicted the reunion of three friends: Jo Na-jung (played by Kim Hee-sun), Lee Il-ri (played by Jin Seo-yeon), and Gu Ju-young (played by Han Hye-jin).
After taking care of her two children, Jo Na-jung rushed to her meeting with friends and began devouring the food on her plate. Witnessing this, Lee Il-ri remarked, "You should do something with your hair too. And what are those shoes? I wouldn't have recognized you if I saw you on the street."
Jo Na-jung retorted by teasing Lee Il-ri about her photoshopped pictures, saying, "Unnie, who are you? I didn't recognize you either."
When Gu Ju-young asked if she should consider returning to work, Jo Na-jung replied, "I just gave birth not too long ago, so wanting to work again feels greedy. Just watching my kids grow is enough." However, Lee Il-ri expressed her frustration, stating, "Please, manage yourself. You've let yourself go too much," and added, "Why do married women ruin their sexual tension?"
Netizens commented, "Jin Seo-yeon's realistic advice is relatable," "Kim Hee-sun's role as a mother resonates," and "I let myself go after having kids too, I need to reflect." The drama is being praised for its realistic portrayal.
