
Actor Heo Sung-tae to Enter 5-Day Smoking Cessation Camp: 'Confinement is Best for Addiction'
Actor Heo Sung-tae has announced his plan to enter a smoking cessation camp.
On December 10th, the YouTube channel 'Life 84' released a video featuring Kian84, Lee Si-eon, and Heo Sung-tae during a trail run in Ganghwado Island.
During a meal break, Kian84 inquired about Heo Sung-tae's recent activities. Heo Sung-tae then surprised everyone by revealing, "I'm entering a smoking cessation camp from December 19th to 24th, a 4-night, 5-day program."
Explaining the program, Heo Sung-tae stated, "Confinement is the best remedy for addiction. You pay 100,000 won, and if nicotine isn't detected in blood tests after three and six months, the money is refunded. It's a program funded by national taxes."
When Kian84 asked if meals were provided, Heo Sung-tae replied, "They provide everything." He further expressed his strong resolve, saying, "Because it's difficult, I want to be confined." Lee Si-eon was impressed, exclaiming, "His willpower is incredible."
Meanwhile, Heo Sung-tae is set to meet audiences with his role as Oh Nam-hyeok in the film 'The Informant,' scheduled for release on December 3rd.
