Global sensation JENNIE of BLACKPINK is set to take the stage as a headliner at the prestigious '2026 Mad Cool Festival' in Spain, representing K-pop on an international scale.

The lineup, revealed on the 10th (local time), announced that JENNIE will be a headliner for the July 9th performance at the major music festival, scheduled to take place in Madrid from July 8-11 next year.

JENNIE will share the headliner spotlight with world-renowned artists such as Foo Fighters, Florence + the Machine, Twenty One Pilots, and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. Notably, she is the sole K-pop artist featured as a headliner, underscoring her significant global influence.

The 'Mad Cool Festival', established in 2016, is a large-scale music event that brings together top-tier global artists across diverse genres including rock, indie, alternative, pop, and electronic music. Previous editions have seen performances by international stars like Muse, Olivia Rodrigo, and Lizzo.

This follows JENNIE's historic performance in April at the 'Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival,' America's largest music festival, where she became the first K-pop solo artist to perform on the iconic Outdoor Theater stage.

Fans are ecstatic about Jennie's headliner announcement, commenting, "As expected of Jennie! A true global star," "Let's conquer the festival representing K-pop!" and "Show them the best performance in Spain!"
