Broadcaster Park Kyung-lim has donated approximately 200 million KRW (Korean Won) to support the dreams of young people, embodying her role as an icon of dreams and challenges.

Having won the MC award for three consecutive years at the Brand of the Year Awards, Park Kyung-lim is currently a beloved figure in the entertainment industry. She excels not only as a host for film and drama press conferences but also recently captivated audiences with her signature warmth, quick wit, and humor on SBS's 'Uri-deurui Ballad'.

Earlier this year, Park Kyung-lim embarked on a new venture as the creative director for the musical 'Dream High'. She declared her new dream is to be a 'Dream Helper,' expressing her gratitude for the public and support she received during her own ambitious challenges. She aspires to help others pursue their dreams without faltering.

Through her collaboration with the children's rights NGO 'Save the Children' and the independent support agency 'Young Plus,' she invited around 1,000 children from disadvantaged families and youth preparing for independence to experience the musical and support their aspirations. Furthermore, in November of this year, she made an additional donation of 100 million KRW to 'Young Plus' to aid in the dreams of youth aging out of protection systems.

Park Kyung-lim's significant contributions were recognized when she received a Presidential Commendation at the Children's Day ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, acknowledging her 19 years of service as an ambassador for 'Save the Children' since 2006. Beyond this, she has previously donated the full proceeds from the 'Park Gote Project' album sales (170 million KRW) to the 'Beautiful Foundation' and 100 million KRW to Jeil Hospital for surgeries and treatments for newborns with intractable diseases, among other continuous support activities.

Her agency, Wedream Company, announced that while her involvement with the musical 'Dream High' concludes with 'Dream High Season 2' in 2025, they plan to continue offering 'cheerful comfort and warm support' through various future projects. Park Kyung-lim is currently active as a host for film and drama events, as well as SBS's 'Uri-deurui Ballad,' Channel A's '4-Person Dining Table,' and 'Amor Body: A World Seen Through the Body'.

Korean netizens have lauded Park Kyung-lim's generous donation, commenting, "As expected of Park Kyung-lim, her act of giving is truly admirable," and "I want to be a source of strength for those pursuing their dreams, just like Park Kyung-lim." Many expressed their warm feelings, adding, "Her kind heart is palpable; I will continue to support her."
