NCT's Jeno and Jaemin Set to Star in Short-Form Drama 'Wind Up'

NCT members Jeno and Jaemin are confirmed to star in the upcoming short-form drama titled 'Wind Up,' marking their acting debut and first on-screen collaboration.

Set to be released in the first half of next year, 'Wind Up' will tell a story of pure friendship between a high school baseball pitcher and a transfer student, focusing on the boys' growth.

Jeno will portray 'Woo-jin,' a former promising pitcher who can no longer throw a strike. This will be his first drama debut. Jaemin will take on the role of 'Tae-hee,' a transfer student who appears before Woo-jin one day and becomes his manager. Jaemin has prior acting experience, having appeared in the 2019 JTBC4 drama 'Love for Lies.'

The drama is directed by Kim Sung-ho, known for Netflix's 'Move to Heaven' and KBS's 'The Devil Judge,' and is jointly produced by SM Entertainment and Takeone Company. It is scheduled for release in the first half of 2026 as a short-form drama.
