
TXT's Yeonjun Dazzles on American Radio, Shares Insights on Solo Album and World Tour
TOMORROW X TOGETHER member Yeonjun has made a significant impression on American listeners with his appearance on a popular U.S. radio show.
On October 9th (local time), Yeonjun featured on 'iHeart KPOP with JoJo' broadcast on the American radio channel 102.7 KIIS FM. He engaged in a lively conversation with host JoJo Wright, delving into various topics related to his first solo album, ‘NO LABELS: PART 01’.
Yeonjun expressed his excitement and anticipation for the solo release, stating, "I was nervous but also excited and thrilled. It was enjoyable because I could write the stories I wanted to tell myself and capture them in music." When asked about his favorite track, he found it difficult to choose, saying, "Every song has its own charm." He then highlighted the unique contribution of KATSEYE's Daniela to ‘Let Me Tell You (feat. Daniela of KATSEYE)’ and named ‘Coma’ as his personal favorite.
JoJo Wright praised Yeonjun's choreography skills, remarking, "It's amazing to choreograph yourself. It means you can see the stage objectively. It's truly excellent." He further commended Yeonjun's creative prowess by referencing his choreography for the 2023 mixtape ‘GGUM’ and the title track ‘Beautiful Strangers’ from TXT's 4th full album, ‘The Star Chapter: STARLIGHT’.
Yeonjun also spoke about the U.S. leg of the group's fourth world tour, ‘TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR 'ACT : TOMORROW'’. "The tour was truly perfect. The fans' energy was incredible. When I meet MOA on stage, I feel alive," he shared. He also revealed more personal aspects of his life, discussing everyday topics like his current favorite tea.
Yeonjun is scheduled to perform the title track ‘Talk to You’ from his new release on the upcoming episode of the American NBC show ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ on October 13th.
