YouTuber Suta'k, Victim of Kidnapping and Assault, Shares Update: 'Recovering Well'

Popular gaming YouTuber Suta'k has personally shared an update on his recovery following a recent kidnapping and assault incident.

In a message posted on his YouTube channel, Suta'k stated, "I am hospitalized and receiving treatment well, and recently completed surgery for a fractured orbital bone." Reflecting on the ordeal, he expressed, "I truly thought 'I'm going to die like this' at the time, but I am fortunate to be alive and able to deliver this news to you."

He described his face at the time of rescue as being "covered in blood to the point of being gruesome," adding, "Although scars and aftereffects may remain permanently, I am regaining my strength and recovering diligently thanks to the comfort, support, and help from so many people." Despite admitting to ongoing psychological struggles, Suta'k vowed to overcome the situation, refusing to let his one life be ruined by the perpetrators.

Suta'k emphasized his hope for severe punishment for the assailants and assured fans that he is focusing on treatment to return in good health. He also wished his fans well, urging them to stay safe and healthy.

Previously, Suta'k was reportedly kidnapped and assaulted in the underground parking lot of an apartment complex in Songdo, Incheon, by two men in their 20s and 30s, who allegedly sought money. Fortunately, he was rescued by the police in Geumsan, Chungnam, after a swift pursuit, and his injuries were not life-threatening.

Netizens are sending messages of support, saying things like 'You went through so much,' 'Please recover quickly and come back healthy!', and 'I hope the perpetrators are severely punished.' Many are also expressing anticipation for Suta'k's courageous return.
